The Marseille sun comes through differently here. The salt is in the air. The bottles catch the light in ways that feel almost too honest. This is not just a studio — it is a provocation. A place that dares you to make something real.

What Happens Inside a Natural Fragrance Studio

Forget the image of white lab coats and sterile countertops.

This is a natural fragrance studio built for rebellion. Pipettes, resins and roots and oils that still carry the memory of where they grew, glass vials standing in rows like something about to become. The smell of alcohol and vetiver and something I haven't named yet. The process is slow, intentional, and completely alive.

Handcrafted perfume is not a romantic myth here — it is the only way I know how to work. Every blend starts on paper, moves to a strip, settles on skin, and then waits. Days. Sometimes weeks.

Experimental fragrance creation demands patience. And right now, patience feels electric.

New Perfumes 2026: What Is Brewing

I will not tell you everything yet.

But I can tell you that the new perfumes I am developing in 2026 are the boldest things I have ever made. They are informed by this city. By the port, the heat, the joyeux bordel, the seagulls screaming at dusk like they own the whole city — die Möwen, wild and shameless.

They are informed by a year of shedding skins.

Each new scent being born in this artisanal perfume lab in Marseille carries something I have never put into a bottle before: the specific feeling of starting over and meaning it.
